1. Who we are
Recharge Plus provides in-room wellness experiences in partner hotels, delivered through a tablet mounted in the guest room. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
- Your first name, as entered on the in-room tablet.
- Your mobile number and, optionally, your email address.
- The hotel property where you used the tablet.
- Which wellness session you selected and completed.
- If you opt in to messages: the date and time you consented, the exact consent language shown to you, and the property where you consented.
- If you make a purchase: your order details and shipping information.
3. Text messaging and mobile information
If you opt in to receive text messages from Recharge Plus, we collect your mobile number, the date and time you consented, the exact consent language shown to you, and the property where you consented.
Non-sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most guests receive one message after their wellness session, plus order confirmation and shipping messages if they make a purchase.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Recharge Plus does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may.
How we use your mobile number
We use your mobile number solely to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Service providers who help us deliver those messages, such as our telecommunications provider and our order fulfillment provider, may process your number only to perform that service and may not use it for their own purposes.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor STOP requests immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.
4. How we use your information
- To deliver your in-room wellness session.
- To send you the messages you opted in to receive.
- To process, confirm, and ship any order you place.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve the Recharge Plus experience in aggregate.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not require you to consent to messages in order to use the room, the tablet, the wellness devices, or to make a purchase.
6. Data retention
We retain guest records for as long as needed to support your experience, fulfill orders, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. Consent records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
7. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails.
- Email support@rechargeplus.us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
8. Security
Guest data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.
9. Children
The Recharge Plus experience is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
