Recharge Plus operates a text messaging and email program for hotel guests who use a Recharge+ in-room wellness tablet. If you opt in, we send you a link to purchase the wellness device you used during your session, along with confirmation and shipping updates for any order you place.
You opt in through a web form on the Recharge+ tablet mounted in your hotel room. During onboarding you enter your first name and your mobile number. Directly beneath the mobile number field is a checkbox, unchecked by default, which you must tap to opt in. It reads:
Opting in is optional. You can complete your wellness session, use the devices, and purchase a product without ever receiving a text message or email from us. We never make consent a condition of any purchase or of using the room.
Message frequency varies. Most guests receive one message after their wellness session, plus order confirmation and shipping messages if they make a purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Recharge Plus does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You can opt back in at any time by replying START. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
